Would you like to be a vendor at the Altamont Fair? 

Thank you for your interest in vending at the Altamont Fair. We are always interested in new products and services to offer our patrons.  

If you are a food vendor, please contact the Fair Office at (518) 861-6671 prior to filling out an application.

New vendors - How to apply to vend: 

Step 1: Download the 2022 Concessionaires Manual and review the requirements.

Step 2: Download the 2023 Application for Concessions License.

Send the completed form with photos of your setup, and menu, if applicable to concessions@altamontfair.com or Altamont Fair, PO Box 506, Altamont, NY 12009.

* Please do not send money - this is an application, not a contract.

Step 3: Your application will be carefully considered by the Concessions Committee. You will be notified by email or phone of the decision, so be sure your application is complete.

Returning vendors - Please contact the office if you have any questions. 

Note: Long Oil is our exclusive fuel provider. Ginsberg's is our preferred food provider.
