return it to the address below. Indicate what
items you sell/display and the amount of space
required. The Concessions Committee will evaluate
your application based upon the date of receipt,
items to be sold/displayed and space requirements.
There is no guarantee of location or exclusivity.
Please attach photos of your booth/display/trailer.
RATES: Non-food - $35 per Linear Foot

If accepted, you must provide
a Certificate of Liability Insurance in the amount
of $1 million. The Certificate must name the “Albany,
Schenectady, Greene County Agricultural &
Historical Societies, Inc. as additional insured
during the period of the Fair. If a proper certificate
is not provided by July 1st, your space will not
be reserved.
